10 years after its opening, the beauty salon receives recognition and affection from a loyal clientele, but since 2015 new questions began to arise.

What does Miriam look like? Whom does she represent? Where do we want to go?

From establishing the colors to the language. Everything that Miriam means became its identity. A logo, an idea, and that's how its digital trajectory and community building began.

What could be more valuable for a beauty salon than the opportunity to interact with its clients and show what it has to offer? That is the power of a digital channel.

It's about connecting your service, your brand, and your principles to a market that feels and is interested in what you do. Thus, the first digital clients who came for a haircut stayed for a color effect and later visited the salon periodically to try any other service.

The Miriam strategy focused on its origin, the local market. At a time when digital competition didn't exist, Miriam Salon dared to bet on a new website. Combining efforts with paid advertising campaigns, the salon soon became part of the top search positions on Google and thus the market began to grow, simply because it connected with prospects who were looking for its services but didn't know it yet.

By exploiting its geographical location, we managed to boost its digital place. Thus becoming the first option for all those who relied on the internet to find a prestigious beauty salon in the city of Querétaro, including outsiders who were new to the city or visitors from nearby cities attending events in the area.

The best event of your life begins from the moment you sit in front of that mirror until you spend the whole night stealing glances, Miriam Salon took care of being part of a whole experience.

Thanks to excellent service and the implementation of a digital strategy, demand grows so much that one location is not enough.

Miriam embarks on a new challenge, the opening of her second branch and the loyalty of a new market.

Knowing the importance of her digital channels, we developed a strategy of completely authentic and original content. We selected micro influencers from a specific segment to conduct photo sessions and activate conversations inside and outside networks.

There Miriam discovered that word of mouth can be translated into digital channels in a scalable way.

The content that began as a digital strategy gradually evolved into completely organic content. This was complemented by the effort to create a video blog where Miriam Salon could showcase its capabilities but also drive an initiative to share its knowledge through courses, training, and what would be its first conferences, turning it into an opinion leader in its field.

With the opening to these digital channels, new opportunities and new business lines begin to emerge. Collaborations with brands like Redken and Tangle Teezer, courses and workshops with expertise from Miriam, access to a wide database, among others.

With many opportunities at the door, Miriam Salon continues to provide an international level of service.
