Many of us had to quickly change our processes and methods to work and meet the needs of our customers flexibly; e-commerce, remote work, video conferencing, cloud storage, document digitization...
According to data from the Internet Mx Association's Habits Study, in 2019 only 14% of internet users in Mexico made an online purchase after interacting with digital advertising. In 2020, that figure skyrocketed to 68% of consumers in ecommerce.
Now that we enter this new year with a little more experience and idea of what 2021 holds for us, it's time to reevaluate the decisions we made during times of crisis and verify that they are sustainable solutions in the medium and long term.
It is clear that digital transformation will continue to be the path to the future of businesses and industrial companies, but what can we expect for 2021?

2021 is the year to make digitalization more efficient. According to IDC FutureScape 2021 predictions regarding investment in new technologies, companies will invest an average of $460 billion from 2020 to 2023, with 35% allocated to cloud technologies.
By the end of 2021, it is estimated that 75% of large companies in Latin America will implement mechanisms to change their infrastructure to a cloud-centered one.
