According to the 2021 Online Sales Study by the Mexican Association of Online Sales, in 2020 a total of $316 billion pesos was generated in online sales, which represents 9% of total retail sales in Mexico, thus achieving an 81% increase compared to 2019.
According to the responses of the respondents in the AMVO study, these are the opportunities for improvement in the delivery process; the crucial point of online sales.
